Hi, My Intel HD 4000 is not working properly, I have Windows 8 64bit and it is only recognizing Microsoft Basic Display Driver as the display adapter. I have installed the latest drivers from intel website
Graphics: 9.17.10.2932
Display Audio Driver: 6.14.0.3097
and also
Graphics: 9.17.10.2963
but the latest drivers have no effect and nothing show up in the windows 8 graphic options tab and display adapter types shows only Microsoft Basic Display Driver in display adapter information section. Only device manager recognizes Intel HD Graphics 4000 but I am not able to access intel graphic option in Windows 8 display adapter tab. Many HD videos do not play smoothly and I am not able to play any games.
