My configuration:
Intel DZ77RE-75K (bios 53)
Intel 3770K
CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) CMZ16GX3M2A2400C10
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
HDMI to DVI into monitor at 1920x1200 @ 59hz
My memory supports:
DDR3 2400
Timing 10-12-12-31
Cas Latency 10
Voltage 1.65V
I could not get it to run at those settings. However the memory did boot with the motherboard, but at only the highest SPD settings (@1333mhz). After some testing I did manage to finally get it to work at 1866mhz with 9-9-9-24 timings by raising the agent voltage up to 1.050v, along with the memory voltage to 1.65v. It tested fine under memtest86 and is very fast in every benchmark I've tried. But I've yet to get it to work at the 2400 XMP profile. After some research I noticed that this profile includes the below timings:
CL - RCD - RP - RAS
10 - 13 - 13 - 31
RC - RFC - CR - RRD - WR - WTR - PTP - FAW
61 - 313 - 3 - 10 - 19 - 10 - 10 - 46
Two problems: The DZ77RE-75K bios does not support up to a 3T CR (only up to 2T) and also it does not appear to support 10 RRD (only up to 7).
Any chance we can get wider memory settings and hopefully increase this motherboards compatibility with more XMP profiles?
